These terms apply when you visit symponic.com or shop with Symponic. Symponic is operated by NOVAPRIME COMMERCE LTD, company number 16931358.

Using our store

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the store only for lawful personal purchases.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary by screen. Products and stock may change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices for Australian customers are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Taxes and charges that apply are shown at checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.

Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in Australia. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days. See our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our voluntary 30-day return policy and refund timing are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-party services and fulfilment

Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses payment, delivery, analytics, fulfilment and support providers. Products may be prepared and dispatched by partners, including partners in China. Symponic remains responsible for the customer order and support.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law without excluding any mandatory protections or rights available to consumers in Australia.
