These Terms of Service govern your use of the Symponic website and any purchase made through it. The store is operated by VALEX SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17270288 (“Symponic”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the website or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between devices. Product descriptions, prices, availability and purchase limits may be updated without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation after successful payment processing. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, and will notify you using the details supplied at checkout. Prices and any applicable taxes or delivery charges are shown before checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders for customers in Australia are fulfilled by our partner warehouse in China. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. 5. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Refund Policy. That policy explains eligibility, return instructions, return-shipping responsibility, exclusions and refund timing. Please contact support@symponic.com before returning an item because our registered office is not our returns facility.
6. Accuracy of information
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to products, prices, promotions, delivery estimates or availability. Where a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any rights required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, images, design and other content are owned by or licensed to Symponic, Shopify or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security features; scrape or collect personal information without permission; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; infringe third-party rights; or use the website to send spam or harmful content.
9. Third-party services and Shopify
The website is powered by Shopify and may contain links or tools provided by third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Purchases from this store are made directly with Symponic, not Shopify. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, relevant information is also processed by Shopify to provide and improve the service.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension, termination and severability
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and VALEX SOLUTIONS LTD submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
