Our partner fulfils it. Products are prepared and dispatched by third-party partners, including partners in China. Orders are not dispatched from our UK business addresses.

Symponic manages the product catalogue, pricing, website, checkout, customer service, order coordination, returns and refunds. Symponic remains the retailer responsible for the customer’s order and after-sales support.

Product sourcing, taxes and fulfilment

Symponic does not own factories or manufacture every product. We curate products supplied by third-party manufacturers and fulfilment partners. Taxes and other charges that apply are shown at checkout. Contact us before paying any unexpected carrier request.

Returns and refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period under our Return and Refund Policy. Change-of-mind return postage to China is paid by the customer. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrect goods.
