Where does Symponic deliver?

Symponic currently accepts and delivers orders only to addresses in Australia. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.

Which currency will I see?

Prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

Where are orders dispatched from?

Orders may be prepared and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners, including partners in China. Symponic remains responsible for your order and customer support.

Will I pay customs or import charges?

Taxes and charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact us before paying it.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the measurements and size information on the product page. If you need help, email support@symponic.com before ordering.

How can I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot always change an order or stop a parcel once processing has started. See our Return and Refund Policy.
