Payment Policy

All prices for customers in Australia are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Taxes and other charges that apply to an order are shown at checkout.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed securely at checkout. Availability can vary by device, browser, customer location and payment-provider criteria. If a method is not displayed, it is not available for that transaction. We do not accept cash, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Secure payment

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the authorised payment provider selected at checkout. Symponic does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

Authorisation and charges

You must provide accurate billing information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised and an order confirmation is sent by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing is described in our Return and Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

What is your return policy?

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible change-of-mind returns. Return postage to China is paid by the customer. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrect goods. See our Return and Refund Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery within Australia is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit. Tracking is emailed when available.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only to addresses in Australia. Prices and checkout payments are in Australian dollars (AUD).

How can I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, we send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.
