Refund policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact support@symponic.com. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address for your order.
Approved returns go to our supplier’s fulfilment warehouse, not the registered contact address below. The return address may be outside Australia. Items sent without approval or to another address cannot be accepted.
Customers arrange and pay approved return shipping. We do not issue prepaid return labels.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking & Refund Fees
We do not charge restocking or refund-processing fees. Approved returns are refunded in full for the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Return the original item and, after acceptance, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After inspection, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
