Shipping within Australia

Symponic currently accepts and delivers orders only to addresses in Australia.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time
Estimated total delivery is 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday) from order confirmation. This includes processing and carrier transit. Weekends and Australian public holidays are not business days.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruption, address problems or events outside our reasonable control may cause delay. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email available tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Taxes, customs and import charges
Taxes and other charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact us before paying it.
Delivery address
Check your delivery details before ordering. If you notice an error, email support@symponic.com or call +45 91 92 23 30 as soon as possible. International call charges may apply. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment begins.
Failed delivery and returned parcels
If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, contact us. We will explain available redelivery or refund options and any applicable cost before you decide.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@symponic.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
