These Terms of Service apply when you visit symponic.com or purchase from Symponic. Symponic is operated by NOVAPRIME COMMERCE LTD, company number 16931358.
Using our store
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You may use the store only for lawful personal purchases and must not misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary slightly by screen. Products and stock may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices for customers in Denmark are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK). The amount shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and duties, and customers will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery. The payment methods actually available are shown securely at checkout. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse orders affected by clear pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailable stock, and we will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order. See our Payment Policy.
Delivery
We currently deliver only to addresses in Denmark. Estimated total delivery is 5–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will provide tracking when available and help investigate unreasonable delays.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our 30-day return policy, cancellation rules, exchanges and refund times are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under Danish or European Union law.
Content and intellectual property
The Symponic name, site design, text, graphics and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use trusted payment, delivery, analytics, fulfilment and support providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Our fulfilment structure is described in our Business Model Disclosure.
Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers in Denmark of mandatory protections or access to competent Danish courts and dispute-resolution bodies.
